How to apply, step by step
- Open GOAPS. Indian citizens continue through DigiLocker; foreign nationals use the separate option. Confirm identity and degree details, choose permitted papers and cities, upload the required evidence, pay the current late fee and save submission confirmation.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
Important instructions
The regular fee window ended on 5 October. Registration with late fee remains open through 12 October 2026. Only one application should be submitted; a permitted second paper is added to that application.
