Controls you can use now

• My Profile — correct saved personal, education and preference information.
• Alert Preferences — pause or stop optional email, inbox and push alerts.
• Privacy Settings — export the account information provided by the website and request account deletion.
• Private form help — remove your eligible uploaded files or request.
• Browser settings — revoke notification permission and clear local site storage.

Requests by contact

Tell us whether you want access, correction, withdrawal of optional consent or deletion. Include the account or enquiry email and relevant request references. If the request concerns a counselling enquiry, WhatsApp conversation, exported CSV or Google Sheet copy, say so: these may not be tied to an account automatically.

We may ask for a proportionate way to confirm your connection to the data. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or a full identity document in an initial message.

What deletion covers

An account-data removal workflow covers the stored applicant profile and associated profile copies, education, experience, matches, tracking and eligible private file records. A request still requires processing; clicking a request button does not prove that every record has already been removed.

Support, payment and accounting records may need separate handling, redaction or retention where justified. Downloaded ZIPs, staff exports, Google Sheets and hosting backups also require separate handling. The team should explain what was removed, what needs a further step and any information retained for a stated reason.

Before you remove an account

Export information you need and keep official application acknowledgements outside this service. Deleting an account does not withdraw an application filed with an external authority, cancel a bank transaction or automatically erase data held by another provider. Contact us first if a paid assistance task or payment dispute is still open.
