Regular AICTE-approved degree programme
Eligibility conditions
Orphan; parent(s) died from COVID-19; ward of armed/central paramilitary personnel martyred in action; or the additional parental critical-illness/accidental death/severe-disability conditions in the May 2025 guidelines. Family income at most ₹8 lakh. Must currently study an approved regular programme.

Who cannot apply
Other Central/State/AICTE scholarships and financial assistance are restricted. Failure, dropout or late renewal can end the award. No extra hostel/medical grant.

Salary or benefit and conditions
₹50,000 yearly for remaining eligible years; degree maximum 4 years, diploma maximum 3 years. Awards are limited by merit and scheme allocation.
