Eligibility conditions
Women admitted through the stated first-year/lateral-entry route. Up to two daughters per family; annual family income not above ₹8 lakh under the guidelines. Admission gap after qualifying examination must not exceed two years. Merit and current AICTE approval apply.

Income and household conditions
The linked scheme guidelines say annual family income must not exceed ₹8 lakh. The FAQ uses "less than ₹8 lakh"; applicants exactly at the boundary need institute/AICTE confirmation.
Who cannot apply
No additional hostel/medical grant. Other financial assistance, non-approved/non-technical courses, postgraduate/dual-degree study, dropout and failure conditions are governed by the published restrictions. Renewal requires promotion.
