Eligibility conditions
Unorganised workers aged 16–59 who are not members of EPFO/ESIC, subject to other official conditions.

Who cannot apply
EPFO/ESIC and government-funded NPS members, government employees and income-tax payers are excluded by the official sources. Registration does not itself confer every linked welfare benefit. Upper-age wording differs between current official pages and needs authority clarification for applicants aged 60 or more.
Important dates
An application extension does not automatically change the age or qualification cutoff. Date-only deadlines do not imply that the authority published a midnight closing time.

How to apply, step by step
Use the official self-registration link, keep Aadhaar and mobile ready, and complete the authentication and worker particulars requested on the government portal. Applicants without an Aadhaar-linked mobile may use assisted biometric registration at a CSC or State Seva Kendra. Registration is free. Existing members should update their UAN profile instead of registering again.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
