Final-year full-time BE/BTech or second-year MSc in the notified discipline; engineering CGPA7.5 in all previous semesters, science70% in first year.

Indian students in final-year BE/BTech or second-year MSc, in full-time study at an AICTE/UGC-approved institution in the applicable EC/CS/ME discipline. College recommendation and release for the entire six months are required.

How to apply, step by step
- Email scanned signed application and supporting documents, including prescribed college reference, to hrd.casdic@gov.in by11 October2026. Use subject Application for paid internship for the year2026 with Branch code, adding EC/CS/ME as applicable. No hardcopy submission is accepted. Prior applicants against the August2025 internship advertisement need not apply again. The action button opens the official application procedure/form PDF; it is not an online submission portal.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
Important instructions
Applicants pay their own boarding/lodging. Completion certificate requires six months, successful project evaluation/report and formalities. Leaving midway forfeits completion certificate and stipend. No automatic employment right.
