Indigenous inhabitants of Tuensang district with at least Class 8 qualification. Age 18–37 on 1 July 2026. Serving government employees may receive relaxation equal to years of service, capped at five years, as specified.

How to apply, step by step
- Collect the prescribed form at the Establishment Branch, Deputy Commissioner Office, Tuensang, from 21 September to 21 October 2026 between 10 AM and 4 PM. Submit the completed form with documents by 22 October 2026. The single MTS vacancy is under SDO(C), Noksen.
