Indian citizens; recognised bachelor degree, computer knowledge and English typing 35 wpm by 1 September 2026. Notification-specific exceptions apply.
Age and cutoff
18–30 on 1 September 2026. Notification permits specified reserved-category/service relaxations; freedom-fighter dependents up to 5 extra years; no upper age limit for Supreme Court Registry departmental candidates. · Cutoff: 2026-09-01

Objective examination, English typing, descriptive English and interview.
Exam pattern / marking scheme
Objective test: 100 questions/100 marks, 90 minutes, 0.25 negative marking. English typing: 35 wpm, 10 minutes. Descriptive English: 100 marks, 2 hours. Interview: 25 marks.
