As on 31 August 2026: Head Sales requires MBA/PGDM and 15 years of relevant sales-management experience, including 8 years leading relationship-manager/team-lead teams; Product Lead requires MBA/PGDM or CA/CFA and 5 years of relevant equity-research/products experience; Business Process requires MBA/PGDM and 5 years in banking/wealth/broking; Technology requires BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM and 4 years in banking technology; COT Support requires graduation and 3 years in the specified financial-services fields, including 2 in central wealth operations. Other notification-specific requirements apply.
