Head Sales: MBA/PGDM and 15 years, including 8 leading teams. Product Lead: MBA/PGDM or CA/CFA and 5 years. Business Process: MBA/PGDM and 5 years. Technology: advertised engineering/management qualification and 4 years. COT Support: graduate and 3 years including 2 in central operations. Conditions assessed at 31 August 2026.
