GM/DGMs: prescribed engineering/computing/statistics degree. Architects: specified computing/AI/related degrees; Solution Architect also permits business/management routes. Experience: GM 15+ years, DGMs 10+ years, architects 8 years, with mandatory specialist and leadership components.
