How to apply, step by step
- Print the form in the PDF, attach self-attested certificates and photograph, and send in a sealed cover marked with the post name to District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman, Mayabunder 744204. It must arrive by 17 October 2026 at 13:00. Bring originals if called for interview.
