Eligibility conditions
Serving Junior Scale Stenographers, Steno-Typists or Judgment Writers in HP High Court, state district judiciary or government/semi-government establishments, with five years regular service or regular plus continuous ad hoc service in the feeder category. Bachelor degree/equivalent recognised by HP Government; English shorthand 100 wpm, English typing 40 wpm, computer word-processing knowledge.
