Eligibility conditions
Indian citizens. Senior Personal Assistant: graduation with shorthand at least 110 wpm and typewriting 40 wpm. Personal Assistant: graduation, shorthand 100 wpm, typing 40 wpm and computer knowledge. Junior Judicial Assistant: graduation and computer typing at least 40 wpm. Process Server: matriculation/equivalent or Higher Secondary, LMV driving licence and two years unblemished driving experience. Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon: matriculation/equivalent. Required qualifications and experience must be held by the closing date, 4 November 2026. Each opted post has its own disability suitability and skill conditions.

Experience / licences
No essential experience for Senior PA, PA, JJA or Peon. Process Server requires two years of unblemished driving experience with the required LMV licence.
Category, domicile and PwBD
Totals: UR 217; OBC 176; SC 116; ST 75; EWS 57 = 641. PwBD 54 and ESM 41 are included within the total. Delhi OBC eligibility and accepted certificate routes are in clauses 7(iv)–(v); OBC outside those routes is treated as UR. OBC certificate must be issued by 4 November 2026 and NCL certificate between 1 April and 4 November 2026. Disability suitability differs by post.

Age relaxations and exceptions
Age is evaluated on 1 June 2026, not the application date. Ordinary DOB range: 2 June 1999 to 1 June 2008 inclusive. SC/ST: 5 years; eligible Delhi OBC: 3 years; PwBD UR/EWS: 10 years, SC/ST: 15 years, OBC: 13 years. Ex-servicemen: military service plus 3 years, subject to the notified maximum of 55 and other conditions. The advertisement expressly provides no age concession merely for three years of regular government service. Post-specific suitability and certificate rules still apply.

Senior PA: Pay Level 8; PA: Level 7; Junior Judicial Assistant: Level 5; Process Server: Level 4; Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon: Level 3.

Objective examination and applicable skill/descriptive tests; interview.
Exam pattern / marking scheme
Senior PA/PA: Tier I 90 MCQs/90 marks/90 minutes; English descriptive Tier II 75 marks/90 minutes; qualifying shorthand/typing; interview 10 marks. JJA: 120 MCQs/120 marks/120 minutes; English descriptive 100 marks/120 minutes; qualifying typing 40 wpm; interview 15 marks. Process Server: 100 MCQs/100 marks/120 minutes, qualifying real-traffic driving test, interview15 marks. Peon: 100 MCQs/100 marks/120 minutes plus interview15 marks. MCQs carry +1 and −0.25 for incorrect answers. Ordinary minimum written qualifying marks: UR/EWS50%, other specified categories45%. Final merit follows each post-code scheme; no selection prediction is made.

How to apply, step by step
- Open the official OARS portal and register if you do not already have an OARS registration.
- Sign in and select the correct post code: 805/26 Senior PA/PA; 806/26 JJA; 807/26 Process Server; 808/26 Peon.
- Complete personal, qualification and reservation entries and upload the required files.
- Pay ₹100 through SBI e-pay unless exempt.
- Submit by 4 November 2026, 23:00 IST and save the submitted application and payment evidence. Registration alone is not submission.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
Important instructions
Application window: 6 October 2026 at 12:00 noon to 4 November at 23:00 IST. No correction or category change after final submission. Exam/interview dates will be announced separately by DSSSB/Delhi District Courts. Offline, email and postal applications are not accepted.
