Eligibility conditions
Retired government/PSU/autonomous-body personnel at the specified pay levels. Codes 370–376 cover metal extraction/processing, NDT, furnace maintenance, component design, web development and legal administration. Each has its own diploma/degree or accepted-experience route; relevant experience ranges up to 15 years. Unblemished service required.

Salary or benefit and conditions
Pensioners: last basic pay less pension; NPS: 70% of last basic pay. Non-pensioners: ₹40,000/50,000/60,000 by level, plus prescribed conveyance.
