Senior Assistant: degree and three years Assistant/Level-4-equivalent experience. Assistant: degree, two years Junior Assistant/equivalent experience and English/Hindi typing 35/30 wpm. Qualifying private employers must meet the stated ₹200 crore annual-turnover condition.
