Minimum qualification
Class X / ITI / equivalent plus notified residence, APST and language requirements.
Eligibility conditions
Class X, ITI or equivalent. The notice additionally requires Indian citizenship, Arunachal Pradesh PRC, APST certification and indigenous tribal-language proficiency. Do not describe UR vacancies as unrestricted all-India eligibility.

Exam pattern / marking scheme
100 questions, 200 marks, two hours; four equal sections. Minimum 33% aggregate, no sectional cutoff or negative marking.

How to apply, step by step
- From 9 November, 15:00, use APSSB’s CSLE application. Choose eligible post/department preferences and three centres, upload evidence, pay and retain confirmation. Preferences cannot later be changed.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
