- The value currently shown and what the source says instead.
- A request or payment reference only if the issue concerns your own service. Please keep personal documents out of a public correction report.
How a report is handled
We compare the report with the relevant source. Where an important fact is uncertain, the affected action or status may be held while it is checked. Confirmed changes are applied to the record, with amendment history where supported. A changed deadline may also change future reminders.
A reply is not a promise of a specific outcome or response time. If a deadline is close, consult the authority directly while the report is being considered.
