Essential operation

WordPress login cookies maintain a signed-in session. Short-lived sign-in, password-recovery and email-verification records help bind requests and limit misuse. Optional email-code sign-in uses its own short-lived browser binding. Basic preference records can remember a privacy-banner choice or whether you dismissed an app-install invitation. Disabling all browser storage can stop sign-in or make prompts reappear.

Optional notifications and app installation

Push alerts need your opt-in, browser permission and a device subscription token. You can disable them in your browser settings and the website’s alert controls. Following a WhatsApp Channel is also your choice; the website cannot automatically make you follow one.

The install invitation can appear after about ten seconds on a suitable page. “Not now” is remembered for seven days where browser storage is available. The app cannot install itself; your browser asks you to confirm. Installation support differs by device.

Offline storage

The progressive web app may cache public interface files and supported tool assets. Its shared offline cache excludes private profile responses, OTP requests, checkout and document downloads. An offline page cannot confirm a current deadline or live application status.

External services and advertising

Opening Razorpay checkout, WhatsApp, StartExam, QRAll, a social network or an official portal brings that provider’s cookies and policies into scope. Partner website links do not transfer your Daily Exam Alert password or profile. Public social posting does not require your applicant profile to be sent as social content.

The Daily Exam Alert plugin does not itself add an advertising pixel. Other website plugins or external embeds can have their own behaviour; contact us if you want clarification about a specific service. Optional marketing should not be treated as consent merely because you created an account.

Managing choices

Use your browser settings to inspect or clear site storage, block notifications and remove an installed web app. Clearing storage may sign you out and reset preference reminders. See Privacy Notice for information stored on our server and Data Access & Deletion for related requests.
