BA, law, BSc or BCom degree completed in 2024, 2025 or 2026
Eligibility conditions
Meghalaya residents with a degree in Arts (8 places), Law (2), Science (10) or Commerce (10), passed in 2024–2026; NATS enrolment required. Age 18–24 on 31 May 2026, subject to the explicitly stated government-rule relaxations. One year or more post-qualification training/job experience is restricted; previous apprenticeship/terminated apprenticeship conditions apply.

- Submit the prescribed signed application and self-attested documents to HRD Centre, MeECL, Umiam 793103, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya by 30 October 2026. The training lasts one year and does not guarantee employment.
