Eligibility conditions
Regular full-time relevant qualifications. Codes101–106: three-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics or Electronics with50% aggregate (45% for eligible reserved SC/ST/PwBD positions). Codes107–111:10th+two-year NCVT/SCVT ITI Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic or Machinist respectively.112:BA/BCom/BSc/BBA graduation50%, or45% for eligible reserved positions.113:12th below-graduate DEO fresher50%, or45% reserved.114:12th below-graduate plus recognised Domestic DEO skill certificate for training shorter than1 year. Age relaxations and exceptions
SC/ST+5 and OBC-NCL+3 against reserved positions; PwBD+10, with additional notified SC/ST/OBC concessions where applicable. UR-seat applicants meet UR standards unless a specifically permitted PwBD age concession applies.
Who cannot apply
Part-time/distance qualifications excluded. Higher professional BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA/ICWA/LLB or equivalents completed before joining are excluded. At most2 apprenticeships in different trades: normally1-year gap after completion; employer-fault termination waives gap; specified personal-hardship termination needs3 months, waived for women; apprentice-fault termination bars a new contract. PwBD not eligible for codes101–111; suitability for graduate/DEO is limited to notified disabilities.

How to apply, step by step
- Choose NATS for diploma/graduate or NAPS for ITI/DEO. Complete the portal profile and apply to Indian Oil Marketing Division–Western Region: NATS establishment WMHMCC000053; NAPS E01172700332. Choose one discipline and a notified Western Region location. Submit5 October10:00–4 November2026 17:00 IST. Registration alone is insufficient; apply to the opportunity.
