Pass by30 September2026. No other/equivalent disciplines accepted; recognised lateral-entry diplomas accepted. Qualifying diploma/graduation must be less than5 years old on cutoff.

Category, domicile and PwBD
Only code107 has the notified PwBD suitability; no extra PwBD seats are added. Reservation eligibility follows the PDF’s category and medical provisions.

Engagement requires the published pre-engagement medical standard; use IOCL’s official medical format.

Age relaxations and exceptions
SC/ST+5 and OBC-NCL+3 against reserved positions; PwBD+10, with additional notified SC/ST/OBC concessions where applicable. UR-seat applicants meet UR standards unless a specifically permitted PwBD age concession applies.
Who cannot apply
Distance/part-time study and specified higher professional qualifications completed before joining are excluded. At least1 year post-qualification job experience excludes engineering diploma/graduate/vocational holders. Prior apprenticeship in another discipline requires the stated1-year completion gap; employer-fault termination needs no gap; specified personal termination needs3 months, waived for women. Apprentice-fault termination bars eligibility. First-time applicants receive preference; apply to one trade only.

Then mandatorily submit the additional Microsoft Form linked below using the same email/mobile and matching registration details. Both steps close18 October2026 at17:00 IST; either step alone is invalid.
