Minimum qualification
Recognised Law degree with seven years qualifying practice/service
Eligibility conditions
BCI-recognised Law degree, seven years continuous qualifying advocate practice or combined advocate/judicial service as specified, Indian citizenship, J&K domicile or Ladakh resident certificate, and Urdu reading/writing proficiency. Age 35–45 on closing; upper relaxation two years for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC as stated. Eligible unrejected applicants under the specified 2024 notifications need not reapply.
