CA/CMA (finance) or specified full-time HR postgraduate qualification
Eligibility conditions
Finance requires CA/CMA. HR accepts specified full-time MBA/HRM/HRD, Personnel/IR/Labour Welfare postgraduate degree/diploma or MSW route with 60%. Grades E6/E7/E8 require 13/17/21 years executive experience respectively, including 2 years at the stipulated immediately-lower grade/equivalent private-sector CTC.
