Editorial Policy

What we publish

We organise job and education notices, stage updates, schemes, scholarships and practical guidance. Application records, results, admit cards and counselling updates have different purposes and must use the appropriate action links.

How a record is prepared

• Preserve the authority, source notice, relevant dates and available official links.
• Separate facts from explanation; leave an unstated vacancy, fee or condition as “Not stated”.
• Use structured fields for eligibility and dates so the website can calculate and filter consistently.
• Import updates through the structured XML workflow. Format checks, duplicate checks and link checks assist publication; they do not prove every statement in a source is correct.
• Hold incomplete or conflicting application information out of “Apply now” listings.

Status and freshness

Records carry last-checked information. A reachable website does not by itself confirm that an application is open. Expired applications leave active application lists while useful historical detail remains available. Extensions must be supported by an official amendment.

Old snapshots are starting data, not a permanent live database. Source outages or delayed imports can affect freshness. Consult the official portal before an important submission.

Commercial services and accuracy

Our optional membership, form assistance and counselling services are separate from official recruitment or admission decisions. A service enquiry or payment does not improve selection chances. Any sponsored placement should be identified and must not be presented as an official endorsement.

We do not manufacture vacancy counts, applicant success rates or selection probabilities.

Corrections and scope

Coverage depends on available sources and completed updates. We do not claim to monitor every website or capture every Indian notice. Send evidence of an error, missed amendment or confusing explanation through Corrections.
