Who can apply?
Minimum qualification
M.P.Ed. or MPES with 55% or equivalent grade and the specified academic record; SC/ST 50%. Specified higher-degree route with 50% at master’s level is subject to the amended notice.
Eligibility conditions
Indian citizenship and prescribed Odia speaking, reading, writing and school/test evidence are required. The amended M.P.Ed./MPES qualification applies. Government employees need departmental intimation and NOC. Odisha SC/ST status governs the corresponding reservation and relaxation. Permanent disability of at least 40% permits 10 years age relaxation, cumulatively 15 for SC/ST/PwD; temporary certificates are excluded. Other service, health and documentary conditions in the notice apply.
