Who can apply?
Minimum qualification
SSLC plus a listed Civil Engineering, KGTE/MGTE, Surveyor/Draftsman trade, apprenticeship or VHSE qualification.
Additional / preferred qualification
SSLC/equivalent AND a listed technical route: 2-year Women’s Polytechnic Civil Engineering diploma/equivalent; KGTE/MGTE four-group certificate or specified eight subjects; NAC (Surveyor/Civil); NTC or State Trade Certificate (Surveyor/Draftsman Civil); or the notified VHSE route.
Eligibility conditions

Age relaxations and exceptions
DOB 2 January 1981–1 January 2008 inclusive. No routine additional relaxation. Upper limit 50 applies only when qualified candidates are unavailable within 18–45.

- Register/sign in to Kerala PSC Thulasi, choose category 156/2026, complete the application and retain its copy. New-profile photos must be recent and show name/date; no application fee.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.

Other ITI/diploma courses are not automatically equivalent. Exact subject/grade requirements are on PDF pages 1–2. Claimed equivalent qualifications require government orders. Probation: 2 years within 3.
