Minimum qualification
Qualifying degree/diploma after Class 12, or the specified GD Art route
Eligibility conditions
A degree/diploma/postgraduate programme of at least three years after Class 12, completed or finishing by July 2027; alternatively the stated five-year GD Art route after Class 10. Institute admission conditions are separate.
Age and cutoff
No age limit for taking CEED.

An application extension does not automatically change the age or qualification cutoff. Date-only deadlines do not imply that the authority published a midnight closing time.
Exam pattern / marking scheme
Three hours: computer-based Part A for one hour and written/drawing Part B for two hours. Final weighting: Part A 25%, Part B 75%. Question-specific marking is in the brochure.

Visual/spatial reasoning, observation, practical science, language, creativity and design awareness; drawing, communication and problem identification.

How to apply, step by step
- Open the current CEED registration portal.
- Create and verify your email account, fill the form, choose centres and upload documents.
- Pay the applicable fee and retain confirmation.
Use the authority’s own application flow. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs with us. Official application fees are separate from optional form-help charges.
Official notification and action links
