Our role

We organise opportunity information, explain recorded requirements and provide optional private assistance. We are not a government department, recruiting authority, examination board or institution. Official authorities decide eligibility, selection, admission, allotment and benefits. No match, alert or service payment guarantees an outcome.

Accounts and accurate information

Use an email account you control and give accurate information. Keep access to your email and device secure. Never give another person your OTP, password or payment PIN. Self-service account registration is for adults; assistance involving an under-18 applicant requires the guardian process described in our Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for checking the facts supplied for your own application and for authorising its submission. Do not impersonate an applicant, submit fabricated documents or use another person’s information without appropriate authority.

Free and paid services

Public browsing, official links and temporary matching are free. Optional membership provides the features and duration displayed at checkout. It is a private platform service, not government registration. The current price and included terms shown when you order apply to that purchase.

Form-filling and counselling assistance are separate services. The team confirms the scope, private charge, applicant responsibilities and any official fee before a paid task proceeds. Payment alone does not submit an official form.

Information and matching limits

Summaries and software checks can be incomplete, delayed or affected by incorrect inputs. Read the source notice, amendments, current deadline and official portal instructions. A higher qualification is not assumed to replace a specifically required qualification. Read How Eligibility Matching Works for the result labels.

Alerts are a convenience, not a substitute for monitoring your own deadline. Browser permissions, email delivery, network availability and source changes can affect delivery.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not misuse accounts, send unlawful or abusive content, bypass access controls, overload the website or attempt to access someone else’s records. We may restrict misuse while considering a support request. Official portals and providers you choose have their own terms and fees.

Original explanations and designs belong to their respective rights holders. Source notices remain attributed to the issuing authority. Do not present copied summaries as official approval.

Service problems, cancellation and changes

We may update features or these terms as the service changes. This does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law or the agreed terms of an existing paid service.
